Course Overview

This course is designed to equip delegates with extensive knowledge and skills in Performance Management to translate in creating both organisational productivity and employees’ competency. The delegates will have an in – depth understanding of the Performance Management Cycle and its implementation at each and every stage. This course takes an in – depth view at setting the right measures to manage employees SMART goal setting.
