Course Overview

This course is designed to equip delegates with skills and knowledge to offer excellent customer services whereby they will be able to provide solutions to any challenges that may arise within their working environments. The delegates will also learn how to continuously improve professionalism and value addition to clients’ relationships. The course will also will intensify the delegates’ understanding on product channel management enroute to the customers, but also delivering multiple opportunities to enhance income and extend sales penetration. The course will enable the delegates to develop innovative strategies of thinking to allow an increase on Return On Investment (ROI) provided by the existing distribution channels.
